Accidents do happen and the Production must have an accident investigation and reporting system in place.

Let us offer our expertise at this potentially stressful time and guide you through the various processes required.  Media Safety Ltd can liaise with relevant departments and authorities on your behalf and assist in the compilation of a comprehensive accident report to submit to the relevant authorities by the necessary deadline.

When certain incidents occur (those specified within the Reportable Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations – RIDDOR), they need to be reported to the Health and Safety Executive.  There is a time limit of 10 days for reporting specified injuries and dangerous occurrences and 15 days when a worker is incapacitated or unable to carry out their normal working activities for more than 7 days.
