Safety is our middle name

MSL have a fantastic understanding of what is needed to keep a production safe whilst at the same time, enabling that production to shoot as it wants to.

Over the past few years we have worked closely with Media Safety Ltd developing a level 3 H&S course which is now being successfully presented to our members. We will continue to develop this course with MSL as the industry evolves. Their knowledge and advice has been greatly appreciated.

The Safety Management in Film & TV Production course MSL ran for us was really good and was well received by everyone who took part.  The trainer Jim made what is often considered a difficult/boring/distracting area of our work into something that our crew felt they could incorporate into what they do to everyone’s benefit.

Thank you Jen for overseeing all of our in house assessments and finding the time to fit everyone in. We really appreciate your help and advice and we have taken steps to bring in the recommended equipment such as footrests and take action in paying attention to how we are set up in our workplaces and consciously think about it. The whole process has been very worthwhile.

I have used Media Safety for the last 4 years for our Safety requirements on Wonka, Saltburn, Paddington in Peru and Three Bags Full. They are always on top of everything and I trust that an eye is being kept on all areas. I have to say I think that their training is second to none and strange to say, but it is rather entertaining and we make sure that all of our HODs pass through their programme. Finally, their knowledge of the law and safety requirements is exemplary but they are practical and not rigid but prefer to come up with mutually agreeable solutions to filming issues.
